Toyota to announce Prius recall
Media reports say suspected brake problems on the hybrid Toyota Prius will result in a recall in Japan. Separately, the company has told dealers in the United States it’s preparing to repair the brakes on thousands of Prius vehicles here. It’s unclear whether Toyota plans a formal U.S. recall.
