"A Food Affaire" in San Francisco
The Golden Gate Restaurant Association (GGRA) presents A Food Affair, an all encompassing sensory experience featuring aphrodisiac-inspired cuisine created by San Francisco’s leading chefs. The evening will showcase mood-enhancing ingredients, such as decedent oysters, lavish caviar pearls and buttery foie gras, among other lusious delicacies; making it a "night to cheat on your dinner reservations."
The event will tantalize your tastebuds and satisfy all other human senses, from touch-to-sight. Hosted at San Francisco’s renowned Ruby Skye nightclub, guests will be welcomed with introductory shooters and succulent specialty cocktails, mingle with dancers and mystical performers, decorate themselves in henna body art and glimpse into their futures by virtue of crystal balls and fortune tellers.
Although the event is aimed to arouse and excite, guests will wake up the next morning with a clear conscience knowing that A Food Affair benefits the GGRA’s Scholarship Foundation; providing talented students with scholarships to help fund their tuition towards careers in restaurant and hospitality.
